Global Merchant Services

The Global Merchant Services system is 100% web enabled, requiring no additional or special software in the local merchant site. Operations and Services can be performed via wireless and/or conventional devices in a dial-up or high speed internet access mode.

□  This comprehensive tool is used to efficiently manage any service organization and/or any merchant site relying on financial transactions, ranging from credit/debit card(s) swipped or manual, to actual check acceptance transactions inclusive of scanned and manual services.
The software system administers a “cash receipt journal” allowing merchants to process and account for credit/debit card(s) check(s) and cash receipts for any given time period.
The GMS system can also administer, list and fully document accounting adjustments affecting the "cash receipt journal" without redundancy of data entry.

 □ The  system catalogs current and historical transaction data, as well as accurately cross-references and "secures" all relevant transaction data in compliance with established cardholder protection policies.

□ The system also provides for recurring charges for a given frequency (monthly, quarterly, yearly) or in response of a given business trigger.

□ Used to administer national and regional sales and marketing programs, the system provides the facility to create manage and report on merchant transaction information by date range, card type, transaction type under a given district, market area or region.

□ Simplifies the creation of new districts, market areas and regions, the dissolution or merger of these entities, and correctly accounts as well as reports on all adjustments consistent with the dissolution or merger of these entities.

□ Supports the transparent management of a Merchant Service Organization’s finances, including compliance with all U.S. Government reporting security requirements. The GMS functionally performs all merchant accounting and reporting operations, manages web-enabled card swipping and signature capturing, signature ready receipts, receipt re-issuance, recurring charges, and much more.

□ For Service Organizations and/or Merchants that prefer attaching "merchant services" to their own software environments, we offer API services that are reliable, safe, and secured, for the likes of Java, Visual Basic, C, C++, COBOL, RPG and Assembler.
